This is what my 1939 DeSoto looked like in the fall of 2006. I have put a hugh amount of time and effort into this
project. But it was all worth it in the end.

Here this engine roar
Here's a picture of the engine setting in it now.It's a 1956 DeSoto 330 ci Hemi. With 10:1 compression "Ross" forged
pistons, .450" lift cam and a 600 cfm Edelbrock 4bbl carb. It's rated at 350hp and 425 ft/lbs torque. Not bad for a 50 year
old engine.

Here's a picture of the dash as of 2006. It now has a tilt steering colum, new steering wheel, auto shift on the floor
and new brake & gas pedals. In the dash extenion, that I made, I added all the A/C controls and vents along with
moving all the regular things.
